Hi I’m looking for some advice please on tiny prep/novice
I haven’t entered this division before and I’m looking for advice on what I can put in the routine
Am I right in saying they can’t stunt? And only do forward rolls and cartwheels?

Not sure about novice but tiny prep can do everything a normal level 1 team can do. The can quarter turn to stretch. They can walkover in tumbling. They can have a braced extension (pyramid). Etc etc. Like I said, don’t know what the rules are for novice teams but for prep team it’s more or less the same but for having a shorter routine.
