Why are they claiming to be the most successful open team in the UK? This may have been true when they were the only open team in the uk. However in recent years with the rise of many more open teams, Sparks are only successful is when they are the only ones in their division.

They seem to attract and nurture athletes who are not humble and have bad attitudes, which is glaringly obvious when they join other open teams.

@post1, maybe the bad attitudes are why they are no longer with Sparks?

Don’t worry I don’t think anyone will be signing up to them this season. The new website they keep promoting is terrible.

Funny how people are talking about “bad attitudes” while trash talking other teams a hind their backs. Oh the irony...

I don't get why people go "who?" Or similar... You could just search Google or Instagram for team names you don't recognise

Sounds like original post is just trying to stir trouble. My guess is someone that has beef with a ex sparks member who joined their team and has the hump cause they are doing well and does not bitch about the old team.

@post15 or the opposite? They’ve joined the team and ruin the vibe with the bad attitude? I’ve met a few Sparks girls and OP has a good point.

The negativity isn’t needed in a world that has completely change for everyone you people still have time to come in here an talk bad about other programs... right now the cheer world should be sticking together and not tearing others down .. it sound like whoever created the original post is looking for trouble and bad mouthing a team to make themselves look better ... Sparks Allstars along with most programmes have had their good and bad moments but when talking to athletes on the teams they always say it feel like home .. if you don’t have anything nice to say write it in a book and keep it to yourself don’t go trying to ruin a programmes reputation whilst hiding behind a keyboard

Are there any male main bases out there in the London area that fancy messing around with some high level stunts this coming Saturday? We already have a side base (me) and a flyer.

@post42.. the bic is limited by law to only 1000 max indoors so it doesn’t matter if they don’t have full teams. With the teams they do have the coaches and athletes alone will surpass that even with session

I haven’t seen a running order but I very much doubt they have more than 50% of the usual number of teams so everyone should be able to have the same amount of spectators as usual

WOW, I think we must have an example of every single stigma that our Para Athletes face right here in this thread. What you are all missing is that it is far from an easy journey to Worlds, it is perhaps a different journey to yours. Not just for the Athletes with conditions but the athletes who make up the rest of the team. As someone who has completed a PCI Workshop I can tell you that there are some very different skills needed by both sets of athletes, the most basic being empathy which seems to have eluded some of the contributors to this post. All the higher level cheer skills in the world can't hide an ugly soul, just remember that while you are slinging shit at other people and trying to lessen the value of their achievements. What happened to building eachother up?!

And before anyone says it, no I am not and have never been a Para Cheer Athlete. I want everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy cheer.
