Does anyone else get slightly miffed when threads that are clearly CHEER related, get highjacked by Dance?? I can’t be the only one who is fed up of reading through a cheer related post to then have “what about dance”! I have no issue with dance using this Cheer forum, but Please!!!! can you Dance enthusiasts start your own dance threads.....

I mean if it’s in a thread talking about a comp I don’t see the issue because the teams were there anyway?

We all go to the same events so there’s no reason why dance can’t be discussed alongside cheer

It’s not an issue that it’s discussed but every thread turns into a dance debate zzz zzz

I haven't read a 'hijacked' thread in a long time. Are you talking about general comp prediction posts? Because that's a little unfair seeing as competitions have both cheer and dance divisions.

@post4, what’s wrong with people talking about Scottish cheer? Most of these threads are about English teams? So don’t see your point lol

I am disgusted in this post!!! Pom dance especially is a part of the cheerleading umbrella. And if those teams didn’t compete then your “ special” cheer teams wouldn’t be enough to cover the cost of the big arenas.
So shut up and pipe down you small minded imbecile.

@post15 wind your neck in love, there’s no need to be rude! As I said I have no issue with dance being included in this CHEER forum, it just winds me up when cheer related threads get over run by dance...which then usually end up in a bitchfest! Why bring up comps?? When did anyone say that dance shouldn’t be at comps, this is purely about this forum you imbecile .....

@post16 point proven!! Maybe Scottish dance could set up a separate forum to discuss who’s the best on repeat.

@post21, so bitter and salty. Did you not make a dance team or something? Chill out a little bit. It's not that deep. Dance is here to stay.

Hi, my university is setting up a cheerleading team and is looking for a supplier of uniforms. Any suggestions on quality, affordable stockists that would make custom uniforms and deliver to Ireland. Thanks in advance!

I do feel that stacked teams are grossly unfair, it's hard for EPs to enforce without some sort of registration system though. If the teams are competing at the same event then it's easy to spot if an athlete was on the mat in another level. If they did L1 at a comp one week and then went to a different EP 2 weeks later with a L5 team then how do you police that? It's impossible without an ID System in place. You have to trust the integrity of the club and unfortunately some are just trophy hunting. Maybe a 10% rule in the same discipline as above.

Thanks glad to know it happens everywhere! But it’s soul destroying watching kids tear kids down thanks to their parents unlike for you or being stuck up! It’s the latter in this case!
