International Open Pom looks like a really good division.

Nice to see Blast are going as they haven't been for the past couple of years.

I think it's going to be a fight between Hawks, Blast and CF 10 for at-large bids. I'm sure JC will be fighting hard for the partial paid bid.

Good luck to everyone!

think Firebird are in the running - seen them at Scotcheer at beginning of the year and they were good, they came 2nd to black, beating phoenix flames, their hip hop also came 1st, looks like it will be a great division

Zero Gravity usually pick up at least an at large from BCA last year they got two. They’ve had a few Partials in the past though. Surely ADA’s team that took silver at Worlds are most likely to get a partial?

Ye agree above ADA and JC for P/p , at large could be anyone really that fight for it on day. Looks exciting comp for dance , think Star spirit , CF10' and hawks will take the at large

It’s only top 4 from each division Pom, jazz and hip hop that go to finals plus 2 wildcards and then it’s the top 8 scores out those 14 teams that will get a bid so it truly is anyone’s game.
There’s so many good teams it will be very close and too tight to call.

FLM got 5th at worlds, UDA 10th so don’t rule them out. ADA got 2nd so in with a great shot.
JC, Phoenix Flames, CF10 and Hawks all did well at worlds. Star Spirit Jazz is very strong.

Very exciting comp for dance bids.

@post12 UDA 10th our of 10 - the division was 18 but the knockout rule meant that teams ahead of them didn’t make finals. Day one they were 17 out of 18

Star Spirit only placed one place lower than JC at Worlds and Jazz/ Lyrical are much harder categories. It’s anyones game. Lots of teams that went on BCA bids like DCA and Intensity there again too. Loads of credible teams that performed well at worlds 2019!

Lyrical has been taken out for worlds 2020 , so will have to be a jazz bid , some teams will struggle definitely on technical

@post18 do you know what...every team have a chance on the day...if you're from a small team there is no expectancy so you totally have an advantage. Know your routine inside out...know your timing precisely and on the day bring it!!!

Coaches are paid by weekly class fees not fundraised money. This is instead of being paid.

it's true though isn't it it, look at the starting line up for cheer then look at the kids that actually went, many pulled out along the year and kids had to be pulled in that hadn't originally got in to fill the places. if this was a national football team and the biggest pool of talent (let's not deny it the only two teams that compete at this level are goldstar and jc so therefore the majority of the best athletes in the country are going to be there for cheer anyways) you would be asking why arnt we putting our best foot forward. this will only happen once there is a fair and unbiased system in place and no one can blame these teams for staying clear of this until there is a better system. i applaud every kid that goes for this but it's a national team, it's just about giving these kids the experience it's about doing our best and not being a laughing stock when we step out of the mat because the kids arnt anywhere near ready for this level of competition

It’s the CDC and Rockstar machine now, if it was fair people would be jumping at the chance to compete but it is NOT! Teams also don’t want to lose athletes to CDC coaches from getting in there ears! What coaches would want to send their athletes knowing what’s going to happen! I salute them for not sending them! TS could be amazing

because some teams do not need to fall into line and work under a shady system for their athletes to be successful so choice not to be involved.
