Hi, does anyone have any advice. I’m really struggling with my back handspring. I’ve got it on the fast track. (Trampoline) perfectly. However when I try moving it onto the floor there’s this massive mental block and I really don’t know why. I’ve tried being spotted when doing the skill however I end up going over one shoulder so that’s not really an option. I know I can do it and I’ve done it before but I just don’t know what’s stopping me.
Any advice is much appreciated x

Could you try it on a mat on the floor and then once you feel confident take the mat away

You just need to keep drilling and drilling. This happened to my daughter she had it on the floor for about four months then just stopped. Keep practising you will get there x

@post1 you might be going over one shoulder when spotted because you might be thinking about trying to avoid hitting your spotter.
Get a coach you trust to spot you, visualise the skill in your head with your eyes closed, and then go for it on the floor.

Ps. Addicted to Tumbling and Debbie Love's "For the love of tumbling" have lots of resources which might help you overcome your fears. Good luck!

Are Nitors still around? The team that was made when Airborn sacked the coaches and they made a new team?

TCI is ok but it’s not as good as BGU or BCQ in terms of the in house UK qualifications. Personally I’d say it’s not worth the money compared to the others. It’s just easier right now cos it’s online.
You can do ICU credentialing online though BCA.

Hi, I’m looking to get my coaching qualification I saw the Legacy TCI and I was looking for some opinions. Is it any good? It would be easier to do this one as it’s online and I can do it during lockdown. If this isn’t a good qualification for coaching are their any online ones that I can do over lockdown.
