Hi, I'm looking to create my own team/brand/gym after I finish university I'm still in my second year and have to do a masters so I've got a couple of year yet but I want to start doing some stuff so it's easier in the future.

If anyone can think of things that I can get sorted now or where to get cheap/free resources I'd appreciate it. I'm already a qualified coach and coaching at a gym near my uni however I plan on moving away and my dream job is to won my own gym.

It will depend on where you are moving to. First tip would be to look at other teams in your area and what will make you stand out from the others. Start small by hiring a space to gauge interest and then as your team grows and you hire more coaches etc. you can look at leasing larger spaces for your own gym space. The smaller teams without their own gyms haven’t been hit as hard by this pandemic. Make a list of things you think you will need and start saving as soon as possible. School gym mats will do in the early stages especially if you hire a space, then look to see what storage they allow as well in case you want to expand your equipment needs e.g. air mats, crash mats, wedges etc. Look out for deals from gym owners selling off their equipment as they replace with more up to date pieces. Join all the coaches groups as people often sell things on there.

Over 18s are allowed to train individually or part of them same household so would be allowed to tumble and get new skills.
Check out Sport Cheer England's post.

Are you the same person that started the previous post about training in the gym before lockdown lifted? Provide your evidence or shut up

No one is supposed to have over 18s in gyms unless they are coaches so it shouldn't even matter if they have athletes over 18 training they arnt sticking to the rules
