I understand what a partially paid bid is, buts what is an at large bid? I'm confused!
Thankyou!

while Partial = Some/abit

You can also link to how it is a fast-growing sport - especially in schools and universities. Speak about the success of Team England and the number of teams that fly out to worlds each year to represent the nation :) I agree with the post above, to me, cheer being a sport isn't what matters, it's the recognition of it as a physical activity rather than "shaking pom poms".

If you're going over one shoulder maybe get a mat that's about hip height and do a drill for the start of your bhs. So you'd bend down then jump back and throw your arms but look for your hands to try and straighten you out. If you're landing wonky one shoulder might be more flexible/strong which is quite easy to work on at home. Hope that was helpful
